Module 1: Introduction to Semiconductor Electronics
This module lays the foundation for understanding the basics of electronics and semiconductors. It introduces the concepts of intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductors, which form the basis of all semiconductor devices. Learners will explore the definitions, properties, and applications of these materials in modern electronic systems.

Module 2: Diodes & their Configuration
In this module, students will learn about diode configuration. Diodes are fundamental components used in electronics for controlling current flow. This section will cover how diodes are configured in various electronic circuits, enabling learners to understand their functionality and significance.

Module 3: Rectifiers and Filters in Electronics Systems
This module focuses on the design and operation of rectifiers and filters in electronic circuits. Rectifiers convert alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC), which is essential for powering electronic devices. Learners will study various types of rectifiers, including full-wave rectifiers, and understand the role of filters, such as series inductors and shunt capacitors, in smoothing out voltage variations.

Module 4: Clippers in Electronics Systems
Clippers are circuits used to shape voltage waveforms by limiting their amplitude. This module will explore different types of clipper circuits, including series and shunt clippers with bias. Students will learn how clippers are used to protect circuits from voltage spikes and to modify signal waveforms in various applications.

Module 5: Clamper & Voltage Doubler Circuits
In this module, students will learn about clamper circuits, which are used to shift the voltage level of a signal without altering its shape. The module also covers voltage doubler circuits, which are used to increase the output voltage. These circuits are critical in power supply designs, especially for EV applications.

Module 6: Special Purpose Diodes
This module introduces special purpose diodes, including Zener diodes, Schottky diodes, LEDs, and photodiodes. These components are used in various applications, such as voltage regulation, high-speed switching, lighting, and sensing. Understanding these diodes will provide learners with the knowledge to design circuits for specific purposes in EV systems.

Module 7: BJT and FET Devices
Learners will delve into Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs) and Field Effect Transistors (FETs), which are key components in switching and amplification. This module covers the working principles and configurations of BJTs and JFETs, providing a thorough understanding of their applications in electronic circuits.

Module 8: MOSFET and IGBT Devices
This module covers Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs) and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs), which are widely used in high-power electronic systems such as electric vehicles. Students will explore the working principles, classifications, and applications of these devices, particularly in power electronics for EV applications.

Module 9: Amplifier Circuits (Operational & Differential)
This module focuses on operational amplifiers (Op-Amps) and differential amplifiers, which are essential for signal processing in electronics. Learners will study the design and applications of inverting amplifiers, differential amplifiers, and filters such as high-pass and low-pass filters. These concepts are critical for designing circuits that require precise signal manipulation.

Module 10: Number Systems and Conversions
Understanding digital systems begins with learning about number systems. This module introduces binary, decimal, hexadecimal, and BCD number systems, along with methods for converting between them. These foundational concepts are vital for working with digital electronics and microcontroller-based systems in EV applications.

Module 11: Boolean algebra and logic gate systems
This module covers Boolean algebra and logic gates, which form the basis of digital electronics. Students will learn how to simplify logical expressions and design circuits using logic gates such as AND, OR, NOT, NAND, and NOR. These concepts are crucial for creating efficient digital systems used in EV electronics.

Module 12: Proteus-Based Circuit Designing
In this hands-on module, learners will use the Proteus software to design and simulate circuits. Starting with basic circuits like half-wave rectifiers and bridge rectifiers with filters, students will gain practical experience in creating and testing electronic designs, making this module essential for applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
